We've fixed the core issue, and are waiting for things to recover.
We have identified the problem and the server effected is being rebooted at 15:30 to resolve the issues.
Some clients are currently experiencing speed issues when accessing and using PPS.
Our team are currently investigating this problem and are working with our data centre in order to get all PPS services running as normal as soon as possible.
Although things may have slowed down a little, you should still be able to access your PPS services.
