Users should now be able to reconnect. We're still investigating the cause of the issue and to ensure the system stabilises you may notice printing and scanning are temporarily unavailable. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

We've identified the issue and we're working to resolve it. Some users may be able to reconnect shortly.

Our infrastructure teams are investigating an issue preventing some people accessing their PPS Hosted systems. We will provide an update shortly once the source has been identified. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
