We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience. Additional maintenance will occur overnight tonight to fix the root cause of today's problems.
Express should now be accessible again to all users. We're continuing to investigate the cause and monitor the situation, which may cause the system to be slower than normal. We'll provide a further update shortly.
We're still working to resolve an issue preventing users from accessing their PPS Express systems and are implementing a number of attempts to fix this. Please accept our apologies again for any inconvenience.
Some clients are currently experiencing issues with accessing PPS Express.
