We are still investigating the issues with emails being sent through our default email provider not being received. If you use your own SMTP provider emails will be sent through PPS but at the moment, if you are using our default email settings the emails are not being delivered.
We are working with our email provider to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Apologies again for any disruption caused.
