We're continuing work to resolve an issue affecting the PPS API. This is causing speed issues and affecting the sending of emails and SMS. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience.
The problem has been identified and we're working to resolve it now.
We are aware of an issue that is preventing users from being able to send emails or SMS messages from the PPS hosted systems, this is also causing speed issues for the hosted users. Our team are currently investigating this issue and we will work to get resolved as quickly as possible.
