Recovering

We've fixed the core issue, and are waiting for things to recover. Affected users should see their access restored shortly. Services may be slow initially and some resources like printing and scanning may be temporarily unavailable while we give the service time to stabilise.

We continue to investigate an issue affecting access for some PPS Express and PPS Hosted users. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

We're investigating an issue affecting access to some Express systems and to PPS Hosted for users on server 1. We're restarted the impacted elements and are waiting to restore them to service shortly. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this is causing.

We're restarting services that have this morning caused connectivity issues for server 1 PPS Hosted clients and some Express users. We hope to have normal service resumed as quickly as possible and will continue to provide regular updates as the work progresses.

Users connecting to PPS Hosted via server 1 or to some Express licenses are encountering issues with speed or access this morning. Our team are investigating and will have this resolved as soon as possible. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience.
