The affected PPS server is now being restarted and you may have temporarily lost access to PPS. We will update here once the emergency maintenance has completed and you can reconnect to PPS. Apologies again for any disruption this may cause.
The issue currently preventing some users accessing PPS Hosted requires a reboot of the affected server. We will undertake this work at 16:00 BST today. At this time users may temporarily lose access to their PPS services, so please ensure you have saved all work in advance. We expect the reboot to take no longer than ten minutes after which point you'll be able to reconnect to PPS as normal. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and would not undertake this work during normal working hours if it was not completely necessary. Updates will be provided here as the work progresses.
