The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.

We will be applying an emergency fix to some PPS systems at 12:30BST today which will result in a temporary loss of access.

This work is being undertaken to resolve an issue some clients are having opening files within PPS. We hope to have access restored within a few minutes but will share all updates here.

Once the emergency maintenance is resolved users will be able to access PPS as normal. This work will only impact some PPS systems, if you are unsure as to whether you will be affected please contact support@rushcliff.com.

We apologise that this work has had to take place during normal working hours and will do everything possible to minimise disruption.
