We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience, all users should now be able to access PPS Hosted. If you continue to have issues please contact support@rushcliff.com with details and your PPS registration number. We'll continue to investigate the cause of this disruption, many apologies for any disruption caused.

PPS Hosted users who are still encountering issue with speed on the service may lose access completely at 4pm BST while we reboot to resolve this. Please save all work before this time. Access will be restored within ten minutes once impacted hardware has been replaced. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

We've been able to resolve access issues for some users and are investigating speed issues and delays still being experienced by some others. Those still encountering speed issues might shortly lose access while we attempt a reboot to resolve this. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

We've identified the source of an issue preventing access to some PPS systems and are restarting affected components to resolve this as quickly as possible.

Some clients are currently experiencing issues with accessing PPS.

Our team are currently investigating this problem and are working with our data centre in order to get all PPS services running as normal as soon as possible.
