Service Restoration Progress
Thank you for your patience and understanding today while we have worked to address the PHP security vulnerability.
Most services are now back up and running, and our technical team has made significant progress in restoring access safely.

Service Update: PPS Express Access Restored
PPS Express is now back online and accessible.
To restore access as quickly as possible, we have deployed a security-patched version of PHP that allows us to bring the service back online without a full upgrade to a newer PHP version. We have prioritised restoring essential access, and testing is continuing.
While we work through further testing, you may experience degraded performance, errors or some features being temporarily unavailable. If you encounter any issues, please contact support@rushcliff.com with details so we can investigate.
What happens next?
Our technical team will continue testing and working towards a complete restoration of PPS Express, alongside restoring the other affected services:
We appreciate your patience and understanding while we continue this work to ensure our services are secure and operating as expected. We will provide further updates as progress is made.

The vulnerability, known as PHP2Shell, has been rated critical and has been widely reported in the news. It could potentially allow attackers to gain unauthorised access to affected servers. The UK National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) and other cybersecurity authorities have advised organisations to apply security fixes urgently or take affected services offline until they can be secured.
We are taking this precaution to protect our systems while the necessary work is carried out.
Our priority is to restore essential PPS Express access as soon as it can be done safely. We will provide further updates as work progresses.
