Emergency Server Restart – 15:35 BST

One of our servers will be undergoing an emergency restart at 15:35 BST after becoming unresponsive for some users.

Affected users may temporarily lose access during the restart. If you are impacted, you will receive an on-screen notification beforehand. Access will be restored as quickly as possible once the restart is complete.

We are carrying out this work to maintain service availability and stability for all users.

Some clients are currently experiencing issues with accessing PPS.

Our team are currently investigating this problem and are working with our data centre in order to get all PPS services running as normal as soon as possible.
