We're continuing to investigate a continuation of this weekend's issue which affects the speed of logging in to PPS and then causes PPS to crash temporarily when attempting to send emails or SMS. We resolved this initially on Saturday evening and are now seeing a reoccurrence and working to resolve as quickly as possible. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. Access to PPS should eventually be possible but some features like adding appointments and sending activities may cause temporary freezing.

We're seeing a reoccurrence of the speed issues and issues logging in to PPS encountered over the weekend. This is also affecting email and SMS sending. We're investigating this urgently and apologise for any inconvenience caused. We'll post all updates here as we get them.
