Recovering

Some users may notice temporary issues accessing their PPS Hosted databases which should resolve after a few minutes. This is due to an issue with our connection broker which will undergo maintenance throughout the evening to resolve. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Some users are still struggling to connect. We are investigating an issue with our connection broker and will update you shortly.

Users should now be able to connect to PPS. You may find that some resources like sync and printing are temporarily available while we ensure the server has properly stabilised. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.
