We have fixed the core issue and are waiting for things to recover.
We have identified the problem and the server effected is being rebooted at 14:30 to resolve the issues.
Some clients are currently experiencing issues with accessing PPS Hosted on one of our servers.
Our team are currently investigating this problem and are working with our data centre in order to get all PPS services running as normal as soon as possible.
