We're updating essential services on server5/15 to resolve an issue preventing some users accessing their PPS systems. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused as we work to restore all access.

We've located an issue with some failed services preventing PPS Hosted users gaining access to databases on server 5/15. We've raised a priority 1 ticket to restart these services and restore access as soon as possible. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
